It has 3 reception rooms, a conservatory,3 kitchens, 11 bedrooms, 10 bathroom/shower rooms - 6 en-suite and sleeps 20 comfortably. It lies on the edge of the picturesque Wolds village of Tetford and has stunning views over the wooded, undulating hills nearby. The nearest shops are 6 miles away in the Georgian town of Horncastle, which is famous for its antique shops. >This area is known for its scenic countryside, panoramic views and old English pubs. A great party house with masses of living accommodation where you can spend time with your friends and family without feeling overcrowded. Catering can be provided. Indoor Swimming Pool and Sauna Complex leads off the conservatory and has a cast iron safety gate.The clear blue, tiled, curvaceous pool is 6ft at the deep end, has a paddling area, a non-slip surround and underwater lighting. The house has full gas central heating and double glazing throughout. There is a fully automated fire alarm system, fire extinguishers and fire blankets.
Outside:
2 brick driveways providing ample parking space. One and a half acres of landscaped gardens. Patio furniture and barbeque. 2 five-a-side football goals, badminton and boules. The house is ideal for party weekends, and weddings. A marquee can be erected in the garden if required.
We have a new large wooden pirate ship in the garden which has been hugely enjoyed by visiting families

The County offers some beautiful resorts along the Lincolnshire Coast, which are among the best in Britain. Skegness, Chapel St. Leonards, Ingoldmells and Mablethorpe offer miles of safe, clean sandy beaches, whilst further inland you can tour through the beauty of The Lincolnshire Wolds.
The county is famous for its picturesque market towns, and people come from far afield to look for a bargain.
The south of the county is a famous for its flowers - the Spalding Flower Parade being the highlight of the bulb grower’s year. In spring, the fields are awash with different coloured tulips and daffodils.
Horncastle is an interesting Georgian town to visit, especially if you have an interest in antiques, and Woodhall Spa a must for golfers.

Good places to visit: Lincoln for cathedral and picturesque streets leading to the top of Cathedral hill.
