Stansted
Airport is the third London airport after Heathrow and Gatwick.
It carries fewer passengers and offers a relatively pleasant flying
experience. The terminal building is modern and airy with
adequate space. Short and long term parking are available if
required. There are
regular trains from Stansted Airport into London. The journey
takes little longer than half an hour from Liverpool Street. There is also a bus
and coach station in the car park outside with buses and coaches to
many destinations.

If the patio gets too hot, you can relax in the shade of the small orchard, where you will find additional seating - a very relaxing place to read a book or just take a well earned rest. Views of Thaxted's cathedral-like Church and windmill can also be enjoyed in the distance.
