Ballyhass Lakes Holiday Village is a development of eleven architect designed holiday homes, located on the shores of Ballyhass Lakes in the heart of Co. Cork. This is an ideal location for family holidays or for anglers to come on holiday.

The surrounding area offers easy access to angling (both lake and river), horse riding, heritage trail walks, and golf. The main tourist attractions of Cork and Kerry are all within driving distance (half-an hour) with an abundance of Blue Flag beaches, Island day trips and gourmet restaurants.

The 3 and bedroom houses ooze distinction and character. They are larger than most holiday homes and have been created in a location that is peaceful and serene. A safe environment allowing for long summer evenings, playing in the green areas, and away from the noise of passing traffic.

St. Anthony's Cottage in Kerry, south west Ireland for a spot of fishing

The town of Killorglin which overlooks the River Laune, 5 minutes drive from the house. This is a popular river among anglers, as the river enjoys a run of salmon and trout throughout the year, and a good spring run. Cromane , Caragh river in Carragh Lake (15 minutes drive ) is also renowned for salmon and trout fishing , and other types of fishing.

St. Anthony's is a very comfortable pet-friendly 3 bedroom cottage, ideally suited for up to 4 people. It is attached to the owner's residence near the small village of Lauragh, and set in a peaceful location on the road to Glenmore Lake on the Beara Peninsula. All necessary household items are supplied including microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are 3 small bedrooms, 2 doubles and a single. Cot available on request. Bed linen is supplied. Bathroom with shower. There is oil-fired central heating and an open fire. Electricity by coin meter. Garden furniture.

A beautiful location in mid Wales for a fishing holiday - coarse and fly fishing

Suran-Y-Coed our Scandinavian Finlodge set in its own fenced grounds near a babbling stream. Look out for the buzzards or kites flying over head and listen to the little owls at night. You will have great views of the surrounding hills and natural woodlands that shelter this private valley. This is the perfect location for a peaceful fishing holiday in Wales.

The Lodge is made from solid pine timbers with open plan ground floor, kitchen, living area and dining area, ptr shower area and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, washing machine, gas hob and electric oven. The living area has Sky television with video and CD radio.

Upstairs, the pine lodge has a double bathroom en-suite and a twin room.

The lodge is gas central heated and for the long summer evenings there is a spacious veranda equipped with hand-made wooden furniture and outside lighting.

Hire our 4-person hot tub to unwind in secluded surroundings. Adults only. The hot tub is up at the main farm house (50 yards) on a private sun trap patio with table and chairs, plus a gas barbecue.

Guests are welcome to explore the farm and take in the stunning views of Radnor Forest, the Brecon Beacons, the Black Mountains and even the Malverns on a clear day. We have a pool which is well stocked with brown trout, and fly fishing is available at a daily rate. Coarse fishing is available at the nearby Pen-y-Clawdd Pools.

All accommodation on the farm is non-smoking. Sorry no pets as we are a working farm.
