Don's Barn is a character cottage just for 2. It's part of a collection of country cottages at Grove Cottages in Suffolk. All the cottages are fully equipped with farm house style kitchens. The comfortable bathrooms all feature modern double sized showers and all the beds have good orthopedic mattresses, feather duvets and only pure linen and finest cotton. Each cottage has a TV & DVD player as well as a Hi-Fi and CD system with a large selection of tapes, CD’s and books. We have a large Barn which is fitted out with a massive BBQ where groups that book all cottages can roast whole lambs and party into the night.

Gladwins Farm is a lovely family-run collection of 9 cottages set in 22 acres of Constable Country. Cottages to sleep from 2 to 8. Six are conversions of Tudor Barns and stables, one is a ground floor apartment and two luxury cottages sleeping 6 or 8, all in en-suite bedrooms. The was once the village rectory and provides spacious comfortable accommodation with many fine original Georgian features. Constable country is close by , bustling market towns, with farmers markets of local produce. Local villages full of antique shops, art galleries. The Suffolk coast is 45 mins drive away with its many pretty coastal towns. Norfolk 1 hours drive away where the scenery changes to the flat fens of the Norfolk countryside with its windmills and wonderful bird sanctuaries.

There are two double futon settees in the living room for extra guests if required. Central heating, TV and microwave are available in each cabin. The area consists of 20 acres of woods, fishing lakes, 18 holes and a 9-hole golf course, where the river Deben meanders its way through the countryside. Toad Hall (sleeps 10) is a spacious grade II listed timber framed house, complete with inglenook fireplace and a wealth of exposed timbers in its interior. It is well equipped and sleeps 10 comfortably.
Set in two acres of garden in the beautiful Suffolk countryside, it is within two hours drive from London, near the Heritage Coast and the ancient town of Woodbridge on the River Deben with its restaurants, pubs and antique shops. Horse riding is just along the lane and golf, fishing, sailing etc. are a short drive away.
Holmwood Cottage is a lovely 16th Century thatched cottage. It has a double bedroom with a second twin/double bedroom leading off from it.
There are 3 sofas in the sitting room one of which is a double sofa bed. The bedrooms have cosy beds and wonderful original broad Elmwood floors. The fully equipped kitchen has an ancient Suffolk brick floor and seats 6 at the table. There is a very pretty beamed sitting room with lots of room to relax in and enjoy the charms of an unspoilt 16th Century beamed and thatched cottage.
