one bedroom cottage set in gardens of almost four acres. The cottage has a private patio with garden furniture and sun beds, heated indoor swimming pool ( 33ft x 17 ft ), 4 person HOT spa bath, a lake with a bridge to an island, water fall, private parking behind electric gates, 17th century pub & restaurant just a short walk away down a private lane , the restaurant as riverside dining, Bournmouth approx 15 minutes away .
