This picturesque first floor apartment is situated above a high quality craft and gift shop situated in the heart of glorious Loona Doone country with its unspoilt moorland, wooded valleys, rivers and streams. This protected countryside of the North Exmoor coast was romanticised and beautifully described in R D Blackmore's Lorna Doone, which was set in this stunning landscape. This property is the perfect retreat for those that love the enjoyment of the outdoors. There is a wealth of long history and culture to explore whilst walking amongst the most beautiful parts of Exmoor.

There are several steps to the main entrance. Apart from a single step off the hallway to the kitchen, the apartment is all on one level inside.

The accommodation offers four bedrooms: 2 doubles and 2 singles.

2 bathrooms, 1 with bath, shower cubicle and WC and 1 with bath and WC. Kitchen/diner with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Separate laundry room downstairs with washing machine and tumble dryer. Large and spacious lounge with TV, SkyTV, video and DVD. Ample off-road parking. Bed linen and towels included. Electric by £1 coin meter. Oil fired central heating extra if required and payable to owner at a cost of £40 per week or can be paid per day if preferred. Regret no smoking in the property. 2 dogs welcome. A grass courtyard area (not enclosed) is at the rear of the building with outdoor seating and BBQ. Storage area for bikes
