With features like exposed wooden beams in some of the rooms and stained glass in the front door, this Grade ii listed holiday home is a real treat.  Relax in the outdoor hot tub whilst on holiday or take a long walk around nearby nature reserves like Harrold County Park.
 

Don’t forget to bring along those furry friends – two well-behaved pets are welcome! 

Step through the door of Wayside Cottage and be greeted by the enchanting hallway with its lovely oak floors and inviting lighting. The lounge just adds to the beauty of the cottage, with gorgeous, beamed ceilings and the warm comfort of a wood burner to curl up in front of. Relax on the lavish chairs and watch your favourite Netflix shows on the TV, or just catch up with family and friends during a slow morning.

When you’re feeling a bit peckish, the kitchen is the ideal space to whip up a family favourite or test out something new. There’s all the equipment you could need to be a whiz in the kitchen, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, and even a coffee machine for that morning pick me up! 

After a long day of making unforgettable memories, head upstairs to relax in one of the two bedrooms. The first has a luxurious king-sized bed, with cosy golden lighting and dreamy covers to lull you into a relaxing night’s sleep. Or, the lovely single room offers the same elegant colours and furnishings, promising a restful night so you’ll wake up ready to explore something new. The family bathroom offers a delightful bath so you can enjoy a soothing soak, as well as a walk-in shower, basin and WC. 

If you’re looking to relax in nature, then you won’t have far to go during your stay at Wayside Cottage! Head out into your peaceful enclosed garden or head out the side gate and explore the beautiful John Bunyan trail, a delight for walkers and cyclists alike. You’re spoilt for choice in the rural county of Bedfordshire, with an array of sublime walks along footpaths as well as scenic villages and locations to discover along the Ouse River Valley. Pavenham itself has two stunning nature reserves, including Stevington Marsh; a Site of Special Scientific Interest! Don’t forget to stop off at the local pubs for a bite to eat or an evening drink. Pavenham is the perfect location for nature lovers, and Wayside Cottage is the ideal base to explore it all!
