A pretty log cabin in Devon - sleeps 4-7

The Lodge sits secluded in its own orchard, where you can dine on the veranda whilst enjoying the sunset. It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people.

It has a ground floor WC and shower room, and an upstairs Bathroom and WC. It is furnished to an extremely high standard and has full oil-fired central heating making it an ideal winter retreat as well. The fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine. Because of the idyllic rural situation, there are country views from most windows and you will often glimpse birds and wildlife all around.

There is a separate Games room where Table tennis, and Darts can be enjoyed and from May 2008 there is a new all-weather hard Tennis Court for the exclusive use of our guests.  

Situated above the cottages is “Chimney Down”, a beautiful open stretch of common land, ideal for dog walking, with spectacular panoramic views across Exmoor to the North and Dartmoor to the West. Within half a mile is the Staple Cross Inn, a 17th century pub serving excellent food.

Locally there are many attractions including National Trust properties such as Knightshayes Court and Killerton House, and fishing and sailing can be enjoyed on Wimbleball reservoir. A trip on the West Somerset Railway, the country’s longest steam preservation railway line is only 12 miles away.

These luxury 5* apartments are situated on the Roserrow Golf & Country Club. Trevose and Pentire sleep 2 to 4 people or can be linked via a connecting door to accommodate upto 8.

There is FREE GOLF on the Par 72 18 hole Roserrow golf course.

There is FREE MEMBERSHIP to the luxury leisure facilities which include 20M heated indoor pool, spa, sauna, steam room, and gym. There are reduced fees for beauty, tennis and the Greens Brasserie and surfing at Polzeath.

A perfect place for some serious pampering and relaxation and an excellent base for exploring Cornwall and the West Country.
