Description: About Preswylfa

Beautiful 4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Holiday Home in Abersoch

The small coastal town of Abersoch lies at the South East of the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales. The town offers a good number of facilities for self-catering holidaymakers with a selection of shops, places to visit and several eateries.

A very distinctive turquoise faced Victorian terraced property stands on the High Street. The two upper floors of this house have been converted into a four-bedroom holiday home that could sleep up to eight people.

A spacious living area with double windows looking out to the front is a most attractive and comfortable place to relax in this holiday home. A padded window seat edges the large bay window and invites people to sit and watch the goings on in the High Street below. The room is decorated in natural shades of beige and white with contrasts in pale blue. It features some attractive pieces of furniture Including a writing desk, lamp table and a bookshelf.

A bright and spacious dining kitchen is undeniably the heart of the home. Velux windows are set into the elevated ceiling, which allows plenty of natural light into this room. A fitted kitchen covers two walls. There is plenty of work top space for food preparation. A built in double oven, microwave and electric hob are all neatly situated together for practical reasons. The dining table, chairs and a bench stand against the opposite wall. The kitchen would be most people’s initial point of call in the mornings for a welcome cup of tea and breakfast. The house is equipped with good quality appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.

The family bathroom is conveniently located on this level, it contains sleek white bathroom fittings. The three quarter bath has a wall mounted shower overhead and there is a heated towel rail which will give you blissfully warm towels to dry yourself with. One of the four bedrooms, a king-size, is located on the first floor. This contains white furniture including a king-size bed and bedding in a nautical theme.

A staircase leads to the second floor which has another nautically themed double room, some chests of drawers and a television. The next two bedrooms on this floor consist of a twin bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe and a bunk bedroom. A shower room serves the bedrooms on the second floor.

This holiday home stands overlooking the High Street in the heart of Abersoch. A short walk leads to the harbour and the beach. The harbour is full of small pleasure craft where boat trips and fishing trips are on offer for days out. Guests have a choice all three beaches near Abersoch where they can find water sports, ice creams and snacks. A holiday in Abersoch is all about beaches, scenery, eating out and pleasure. Throw in a few days out to Snowdonia, Portmeirion and tourist attractions to have a really enjoyable family break.
