This holiday cottage has efficient gas central heating.There is a gas hob for cooking, electric oven, microwave, fridge (no ice-box), dishwasher, colour TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, radio. Fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot. There is private parking space for two cars. Shared lawn garden, private gravelled area with furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 miles, Pub 1 mile. Please Note: Washing/drying can be done by owner at additional fee. Please Note: The shared garden is involved in the National Garden Scheme in aid of approved charities, so there are a few "open days" for the public throughout the summer months. Denbighshire is a county of north Wales that stretches from just below Ruthin up to the seaside town of Prestatyn on the coast. It includes an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, country park and villages with tons of character, A day trip to Ruthin is recommended during your cottage holiday. There are shops and an outdoor market where self-caterers can stock up on essential supplies and also tour the town to see the old gaol and period buildings.

The scattered hamlet of Pentre Celyn is an attractive North Wales base, and lies around 5 miles from the hilltop town of Ruthin. Ruthin has visitor attractions including its old Gaol, and a Craft Centre, plus Nant Clwyd House (the oldest timber frame in Wales). There are a variety of shops and eateries on offer here, often housed in attractive half timbered buildings. Easily reached from Pentre Celyn is the riverside town of Llangollen, the beautiful Snowdonia National Park, and the stunning coastline.
