Lovely 3 bed apartment with balcony in a small development within its own private grounds located next to the world famous Gleneagles Hotel and Golf Resor, host to the Ryder Cup in 2014. The accommodation comprises a spacious open plan hallway, large lounge and dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. The dining area has access to a balcony with views over the grounds of the Gleneagles Hotel and the School of Falconry. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room, the second bedroom has an ensuite wc and there is a third bedroom. There is also a luxury bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath.

Guthrie Court, Gleneagles Village - Auchterarder,

Gleneagles Golf Resort has 3 championship courses. Both the Kings and the Queens were designed by James Braid and provide a challenge for the golfer in some of the most stunning scenery in Perthshire. The PGA Centenary course is the venue for the Ryder Cup in 2014 and is a modern classic designed by Jack Nicklaus. It is also the venue for the annual Johnny Walker Championship (formerly the Diageo)which is now part of the European Tour. There is also a driving range and a PGA National Golf Academy where lessons can be obtained. In addition there are many more excellent courses within an hours drive including St Andrews, Kingsbarns, Carnoustie and Rosemount Blairgowrie.

There are many other activities available including riding, shooting, fishing, falconry, walking, cycling and off road driving. Located just off the A9, Guthrie Court is ideally situated for touring, giving easy access to the spectacular scenery and many visitor attractions of Perthshire, the Highlands, Fife, Stirlingshire and the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.
