THE DAIRY The Dairy is a very pretty newly converted barn, in a very quiet situation, near to the farmer's beautiful farm house, near to Crimscote. It is surrounded by its own lawned garden, with views of the fields, downs and Ilmington Hills all around.The Dairy is situated 5 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon and ½ mile from Crimscote. The Dairy is full of character with beams and wooden floors and is furnished to the highest standard. The accommodation is single storey.There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker etc. The beamed sitting room has a settee and chair grouped around the television and the fireplace, at one end is a dining area with table and chairs. The sitting room has an attractive galleried landing above.There are three prettily furnished bedrooms, all colour co-ordinated, one with a double bed and en-suite shower, one with twin beds and ensuite bath, a single bedroom en-suite with a shower. It is centrally heated throughout. There is plenty off road parking and a large garden. Available New year The Dairy and Paradise cottages are situated 5 miles from Stratford-on-Avon, and just over a mile from Crimscote. The Dairy can sleep 5 in a double, twin and single bedroom, all with en-suite shower or bathrooms, Paradise Cottage sleeps just 2, so a perfect romantic hideaway.

Within easy driving distance of Stratford-upon-Avon and the North Cotswolds with its attractive honey coloured stone villages and market towns.

There are a wealth of historic properties, Warwick Castle, Blenheim Palace, Ragley Hall, and numerous National Trust properties including the world famous Hidcote Gardens, or you can simply enjoy the beautiful South Warwickshire countryside.

Warwickshire Stable Door Wheelwright Cottage

A comfortable one bedroom rural cottage apartment in the Village of Cherington, near Shipston-on-Stour, 15 miles south of Stratford-on-Avon, in the north of the Cotswolds. The apartment has single bedroom with beds that can be either twin or double. There is a small double sofa bed in the open-plan lounge cum dining room for an optional additional guest or two. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests have shared use of the large garden and BBQ with guests from the adjoining B&B, plus tennis courts. This is a good base for a self-catering holiday exploring Shakespeare Country and the Cotswolds. The many attractions are aesthetic, historic and cultural. A one bedroom self-catering cottage apartment in a rural part of the north Cotswolds near the historic village of Shipston on Stour, 15 miles south of Stratford upon Avon. The appartment sleeps 2 in a twin/double bed plus up to an additional 2 on a sofa bed. Use of tennis courts and BBQ in the large gardens shared with the adjoining B&B. Good base for exploring the Cotswolds and Shakespeare Country.
