Fifteen luxury 4/5 star cottages at Beaconhill Farm in Northumberland, set in 350 acres of grass and woodlands, with marvellous views to the coast and hills. All the cottages are centrally heated and most have open fires. Kitchens have every machine and gadget you could hope for. There are superb leisure facilities including heated indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, sun bed, hard tennis court, and a two acre lake for fly fishing for trout.

We have a collection of six very special holiday cottages located in the heart of one of the most picturesque villages in the North East. Warkworth is centrally placed, making it the perfect base for discovering our Secret Kingdom of Northumbria.
For the walker, a generous network of public footpaths radiates from the Estate with Felton Village only 3 miles across the fields. For the equestrian, plentiful horse-grazing paddocks can be provided on the estate. Eshott Is centrally placed in the glorious county of Northumberland: Alnwick Garden, the Cheviot Hills, the unspoilt coastline and its castles are all nearby. Local services including doctors, shops, public houses and restaurants are within 5 miles. Market town shopping is close to hand in Morpeth and Alnwick, both about 10 minutes drive. Newcastle, its International Airport and mainline Railway Station are only 30 minutes away. The most picturesque train route to Edinburgh takes an hour from Eshott's nearby station at Alnmouth.
Doxford is a stunning new self catering business in a superb location, just inland from the wonderful Northumbrian Coast, near the attractive seaside villages of Craster, Embleton, Seahouses and Bamburgh, with easy access to the A1, which runs two miles to the west. The luxurious self catering cottages are set in the centre of the 2500 acre Doxford Estate, which has been owned by the Runciman family, a famous Northern shipbuilding and political dynasty, since 1927. The cottages have been sympathetically restored to ensure they offer the perfect holiday retreat. They all have south west facing stone flagged terraces opening on to lawns from which one can walk down through a wooded glade to the 3 acre Doxford Lake.
