In a tucked away peaceful and secluded location in the centre of coastal village, within walking distance to the blue flag beach of Blackpool Sands. Suitable for either 2 adults and 2 young children or 3 adults, this lovely little cottage, renovated to a high standard. Just 3 miles from the famous naval port of Dartmouth, The Old Stables is approached down a wooded private drive. The self contained cottage is attached to the owners' house next door. Entrance leads into a modern fully fitted kitchen with dining area. Up 2 steps to two bedrooms 1 double, with 5ft bed and one single with extra pull-out bed, both 2'6' and shower room with electic shower, toilet and basin. From the Kitchen up the timber stairs to a delightful little sitting room with comfy seating and views out across the woodland garden. Membership to Dart Marina Health Spa and Leisure Centre included during your stay. Availability for New Year from 27th December for one week. £495 inclusive of heating, electricity linen and towels. - Set in the centre of coastal village of Stoke Fleming, within walking distance of good country pub with log fire and good home cooked food. The Old Stables is just 3 miles from Dartmouth with its wonderful restaurants and short drive Woodlands Leisure Park, which has many children's attractions also Dartmouth Golf Club is a short drive away. The medieval town of Totnes and market town of Kingsbridge are within easy driving distance as is Salcombe. Stoke Fleming has a wonderflul blue flag beach Blackpool Sands, with an award winning organic beach cafe. The cottage sleeps either 2 adults and 2 young children or 3 adults and is a perfect base when visiting south Devon in Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring each season has its own attraction. The Cottage is pleased to offer complimentary membership to the Dart Marina Health Spa during your stay, which boasts a small swimming pool with spa and steam room and a well presented gym area, a parking permit for the spa is also included.
