The six 18th Century barn conversions are set around a flower filled courtyard, in grounds of 18 acres. The cottages range from a 1 bedroom cottage sleeping 3, to 3 bedroom cottages sleeping 6. Dogs are welcome. There are two games rooms plus a 6-person hot tub for relaxing before or after dinner. Sheer bliss.

Gybbes Lodge forms part of a recently restored 15th Century barn which is itself one wing of a medieval courtyard dwelling, Venton Manor. It is situated in the heart of the South Hams between the medieval town of Totnes and Dartmoor National Park offering some of the most stunning countryside in the West of England.

The accommodation sleeps up to 6 people and comprises of three bedrooms, one ensuite, a separate family bathroom and a large double height, open plan living/dining and kitchen area.

• The master bedroom has a kingsize double bed and a slate en-suite shower room. The second bedroom boasts a super-kingsize four poster bed and the third a twin room.
• The family bathroom consists of a traditional cast iron roll top bath with Victorian wash hand basin and WC. The kitchen comprises of all the necessary white goods (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and microwave) in an oak kitchen complete with granite worktop.
• There is over an acre of grounds dedicated to Gybbes Lodge which includes a young orchard/woodland and meadow with a large natural pond.
