Sleepers is a delightful mid-terraced cottage set 1.5 miles from the lovely village of Grosmont in the North York Moors National Park. The property accommodates 4 people and has 2 bedrooms: one king size double room and one twin room, as well as a family bathroom. The living accommodation also includes a well-equipped fitted kitchen incorporating a dining area, a utility room, a sitting room with an open fire and an attractive sunroom. The rear lawned garden is provided with furniture and a BBQ, making it great for al fresco dining. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Off road parking is available for 2 cars. The North York moors, and North Riding Forest Park offer excellent inland landscape for exploring, while the Yorkshire coast provides the pleasures of the seaside. The charming town of Whitby is easily accessible. Sleepers is a great holiday home from home for couples and families throughout the year.

Portable electric heaters with additional heating from an open fire in the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator. TV with Freesat, DVD, library of books, DVDs and games. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot and highchair. There is private parking space for two cars. Bike storage. Rear lawned garden with furniture and barbecue. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Please Note: There is a heritage railway line near to this cottage meaning some noise may be audible when steam trains pass (trains only operate during the day - 2 trains per hour). The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

The village of Grosmont lies in the centre of 'Heartbeat Country’ and offers a general store, post office, cafes and a pub. The village is close to many lovely villages, walks and the coast. The popular resort of Whitby is close by and is well worth exploring.
