The accommodation consists of: -- Ground floor -- entrance lobby with stairs leading to master bedroom, dining room with inglenook fireplace and bessumer beam, fully fitted kitchen and utility room with second sink, rear hallway with stairs leading to first and second floor, lounge with exposed inglenook featuring original period Dutch tiles. -- First floor -- family bathroom with semi-circular shower, family bedroom with three single beds and double futon, master bedroom with private access and large en suite bathroom. -- Second floor -- traditional steep stairs leading to guest double bedroom with exposed collars and guest twin bedded room featuring collars, partial sea views, and, fully exposed and lit pitched roof.

There is full gas central heating, gas hob with separate electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, built in fridge and additional large fridge freezer, sink with waste disposal unit, automatic washer/dryer. Colour television with VHS and Sky basic service, CD player and 14" colour TV on second floor. Walled garden with garden seating and gas barbeque. Private caretaker management providing a linen, towel and bed make up service upon request at additional cost.
