Guyzance Hall Cottages - Guyzance, Northumberland, England

West House is the largest property with 4 double/twin bedrooms, all with en-suite bath or shower rooms. There is also a large lounge and separate farmhouse style kitchen/ diner.  It is detached, has a large orchard garden and is located next to the indoor swimming pool. The pretty West Lodge sits on the river bank with wonderful views of wildlife.  It sleeps 6 people in 3 double/twin bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms, and has a comfortable lounge and large kitchen with dining area. Stable Cottage and Garden Cottage are located at the rear of Guyzance Hall, next to the tennis court.  Both sleep 5 people in 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single room.  Stable Cottage is detached with lounge, separate dining room, kitchen and family bathroom.  Garden Cottage is attached to the Hall and has an open plan lounge/dining room with arch through to kitchen.  There is a ground floor shower room and further bathroom upstairs.

All of the Guyzance Cottages are decorated to a high standard and have central heating throughout. Kitchens are well equipped with fridges, dishwashers (except Stable Cottage), washing machines, ovens and microwaves.  There is plenty of cutlery, crockery, pans and utensils to make self catering easy.  Each cottage has an open fire in the lounge and wood is provided.  They all have gardens complete with outdoor furniture.  Electricity, heating, bedding and towels are included.  Pets are allowed by request.
