The cottage is ideally situated for exploring and enjoying the many attractions of Norfolk whether your preference is to walk, cycle or drive. The Norfolk coast is famous for its birdlife and there are several well known reserves within easy reach. High Green farm itself attracts a wide variety of wildlife and regular visitors include Roe Deer and Barn Owls.

Accommodation: Spennithorne Cottage was converted from a former farm building and is situated about 100 yards from a quiet lane and the centrally heated accommodation is all on one level. Smoking is not allowed and we do not accept pets. Each of the two bedrooms is fully ensuite and is furnished with a king size bed. Twin beds can be provided as an alternative for one of the bedrooms on request. Quality cotton bed linen and towels are provided. The galley kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and a comprehensive range of crockery, cutlery and utensils. The Lounge/Dining area is comfortably furnished. There is a Utility Room with washing machine and secure storage for personal equipment.

Outside Guests are able to enjoy all parts of the attractive and well maintained gardens and grounds. Range of garden furniture and a BBQ is provided. Ample parking for two vehicles Games area with some equipment supplied.
