Situated in the unspoilt hamlet of Deepdean in Herefordshire, The Lodge Farm Barn is a stylish and high quality cottage on the owners’ working beef farm. The property sleeps up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms: a double and a twin both with en-suite shower rooms, there is also a ground floor cloakroom with a basin and WC. The living accommodation also includes a well-equipped kitchen incorporating a breakfast area for two, and a sitting room with a wood burner and a dining area for four. Off road parking is available for up to 2 cars. The cottage is within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is in easy reach of the beautiful Wye Valley, the Brecon Beacons and the Royal Forest of Dean. The historic market towns of Ross-on-Wye and Monmouth are also both close by. The Lodge Farm Barn is a welcoming holiday retreat for couples or families alike.

The cottage has efficient gas central heating, with gas radiators in en-suite shower rooms, and underfloor heating and woodburning stove in the sitting room. Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, 2 x fridges (1 with ice box), additional freezer space available, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with Freeview, DVD, stereo/CD, WiFi Internet, iPod dock, books/games/DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot and highchair on request. There is private parking space for two cars. Cycle storage available. Patio and garden with furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop and pub 3 miles. Herefordshire offers visitors the chance to journey through lush green countryside, enjoying splendid black-and-white timbered villages, a magnificent cathedral city, a fairytale Georgian castle at Eastnor or books galore in famous Hay-on-Wye.
