The cottage has efficient gas central heating with additional heating from a woodburning stove in the sitting room. Electric oven and 5 ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, stereo/CD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Free roadside parking 20 yards away. Small seating area at front of property. Two well behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minutes' walk. Please Note: Access to house next door through outdoor seating area. The Cotswolds is an area of almost 800 square miles of beautiful English countryside, described by some as the most beautiful of all.  One thing for sure is that the Cotswolds is quintessentially English from the well manicured gardens, well kept houses to the English tea shops, if you want a real taste of traditional English country life then the Cotswolds is well worth a visit.

Wotton Under Edge is a market town in the Gloucestershire countryside which dates back to the 10th Century, and offers a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, a cinema, museum and hill fort. There are many good walks and cycle trails originating from the town, including access to the Cotswolds Way, which passes through the town. Picture perfect towns and villages are within easy reach, including Badminton, Tetbury, Bath and Cheltenham, and there are also some fascinating National Trust properties in the area.
