Swallow Barn is a charming semi-detached barn conversion set in the hamlet of Priestcliffe, 7 miles from Bakewell in the Peak District National Park. This all ground floor cottage sleeps two people in one twin bedroom, along with a shower room and an open-plan living area with a fitted kitchen, dining are and a sitting area. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for one car, a front patio area and a small enclosed rear courtyard with furniture and BBQ. Swallow Barn is a delightful cottage in an ideal place to explore the area.

Electric central heating, with additional heating from electric woodburning-effect fire in sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator. TV with Freeview, DVD. Small library of books, DVDs and games. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for 1 car. Further off road parking available. Front patio area. Small enclosed rear courtyard with furniture and barbecue. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles. Pubs 1 mile. The ultimate in “year-round” appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.
