This cottage set in beautiful grounds of an Edwardian country house near Ashbourne in Derbyshire, has a luxury 5 * ETB status and sleeps 6 -7 people very comfortably. The Cottage at Ladyhole House is an Edwardian Bothy luxuriously converted in 1995. It is set at the top of a sweeping drive lined with mature chestnut trees and a carpet of daffodils in the Spring. It is set in mature gardens and grounds with many beautiful trees and a walled garden. Guests are very welcome to enjoy all that the gardens offer including a tennis court, croquet and barbecue. There are also stables and grazing near to the house. Quiet countryside surrounds the house, where it is possible to walk and cycle. Ashbourne the local market town is only two miles away.

The cottage has been granted a 5 star rating from the English Tourist Board. It sleeps 6 -7 people in comfort and is decorated to a high standard with many personal pictures and nice furnishings. The accommodation comprises, upstairs 1 large double or twinbedded room which can take a put up bed. Next door is a good sized bathroom and airing cupboard. A further twin bedded room with en suite shower room completes the upstairs. Downstairs is a twin bedded room with lavatory and basin opposite. The kitchen with breakfast table and Rayburn, has a utitlity room adjacent. This leads through to a sitting room with large conservatory leading off. A further dining table is situated in the conservatory which also opens out onto the gardens. This is lovely for romantic evenings or even barbecues outside.

The cottage is very well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, television and CD/DVD player. The main bedroom also has a television. Thereis an open fire in the sitting room and logs and coal are provided in the cost. A lock up room is available if needed and there is ample room for parking. There are limited facilities for the disabled with ramps and a Stannah stairlift
