The Coach House - Eskdale Green, Cumbria, England

It is double-glazed, fully carpeted (except for the kitchen which has an original slate floor) and tastefully decorated. Outside, there is a patio and garden area in which to sit and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Parking for one car is provided adjacent to the coach house. The accommodation briefly comprises: entrance leading into the lounge (large, with French windows overlooking the garden area, living flame gas fire set in an original slate fireplace, mini hi-fi/cd, TV and video).

Access to the kitchen is through the lounge and down 3 stairs (feature olde-worlde fire range, lots of fitted units, dining table, electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, auto washer, and velux window over). A spindle staircase leads up from the lounge to the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath with hand-held showerhead, basin, wc and velux window).

The Lakes, riverside and waterfall paths, breathtaking scenery, nature reserves, L'aal Ratty steam railway and museum, Muncaster castle.

Travel: The Green - 500m (one of the stations on a narrow guage railway which connects to the mainline at Ravenglass.

Good places to visit: Muncaster Castle and Owl centre, Dalton wild life zoo, Whitehaven and lots of countryside!
