Spacious barn conversion offering a high standard of self catering accommodation. Tenterfield is located in a quiet location in the village of Hallthwaites, near Broughton in Furness, south Lake District. Tenterfield is situated on the banks of the Duddon Valley (also known as the Gateway To The Lakes), well away from the nearest main road.
The accommodation comprises:
- Large open-plan ground floor living area with sitting room, kitchen and dining area
- In the kitchen there is an electric oven, hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
- A utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, freezer, iron and ironing board.
- In the main lounge there is a TV and DVD player,inc SKY SPORTS. Internet Broadband access.
- Ground floor shower and WC, twin bedroom, both with a small step up. Games room with 7x4 pool table.
Upstairs: - 3 bedrooms (2x double, 1x twin) and a bathroom open off the galleried landing.
- Bathroom with a corner bath and seperate shower unit.
- Additional quiet Lounge, with TV, providing seating for up to 6. Large Balcony with mountain views leading off upstairs Lounge, with seating for eight. Large Garden,with ample parking.
- Note: Downstairs twin bedroom may be available on request.

This attractive barn conversion is located in Hallthwaites, a lovely quiet village with many old historical buildings in the south of the Lake District.
The area is surrounded by magnificent scenery, from the imposing presence of Black Combe to the Duddon Estuary and attractive sandy beaches by the coast.
Tenterfield is a comfortable base from which to walk and enjoy this lovely part of Cumbria.
