Cottage is a new conversion of a Victorian coach house in
the heart of historic Wallingford's conservation area. The
cottage features exposed oak beams and Victorian leaded
light windows.
There is an enclosed private garden with a sun-trap patio
seating area. There are two bedrooms - one double, and one
double or twin on request. There is a large lounge with
an open fire, TV, video, CD/radio. The kitchen/dining room
has a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and a microwave. A washing
machine and tumble dryer are in a separate utility area.
Downstairs hall with cloakroom with WC. Linen, gas and electricity
are included in the rental price.
The River Thames for scenic strolls, cinema/theatre, pubs
and restaurants, are all within 500 yards walk. Oxford,
Henley, Reading and Newbury are 15-30 minutes drive away.
The Cotswolds and Stratford-upon-Avon are within easy reach.
The cottage is available for 2 night bookings at 50% of
the weekly rate, 3 night weekends (Fri-Sun) or 4 nights
(Mon-Thurs) at 70% of the weekly rate.

is set in beautifully landscaped gardens and lies adjacent
to Ashtree Farmhouse an 18th Century Georgian house located
in the glorious Oxfordshire countryside.
This
spacious and luxurious cottage has been tastefully restored
and offers a wonderful retreat for either a short romantic
break or a longer stay.

The
accommodation retains many original features such as large
Elm beams, and is decorated to an exceptionally high standard.
A roaring wood-burning stove, fresh flowers and a welcome
hamper await guests on arrival. Also a superb freshly cooked
meal can be prepared for you. On the morning of departure
a traditional farmhouse breakfast is offered to set visitors
on their way home.

Buckland
near Faringdon, Oxfordshire
The
local village of Buckland has an excellent pub with a superb
choice of food and a la carte menu. For the keen golfer
there is the choice of Carswell Golf and Country Club or
nearby are the Championship courses at Frilford Heath. Fishing
and Watersports are also within easy reach.
Extra

On
arrival self-catering guests will be provided with a welcome
food hamper consisting of home made bread, home made jams
and local produce. Each bathroom has a complimentary pack
of English toiletries. Freshly prepared evening meals are
