Allhallows Church house and Baptistry House are within this unique self-catering conversion of this former church. Overlooking the market town of Kendal the gate way to the Lake District, which is just 15 minutes drive to Lake Windermere in the National Park.
Church House sleeps 5/6 with large jacuzzi bath, a mezzanine lounge with view over the town and the fells beyond. With a large kitchen/dining and entertaining room, built in plasma tv.
The original prayer wall is a main feature in this room. There is also a day room with Slate bed pool table and infrared sauna.
Baptistry House is entered from the original entrance porch with Baptistry font. Sleeping 5 with a beautiful limestone bathroom with roll top bath. There is a gallery dining area and a large open plan kichen/living room.
A hot tub is also available with the courtyard garden. The activities in the local area are endless including lake cruises, Fell walking, climbing and Bowness, Ambleside, and Grange over Sands are all within a half hour drive.
For those requiring retail therapy Boots and M&S are just a few of the stores within walking distance of the Church. And a little known fact, Postman Pat's post office is just around the corner.
