Courtyard Barn, near Tideswell in Derbyshire, can accommodate up to 20 in 8 comfortable and spacious bedrooms.

The dining room seats up to 20! Luxury 'party place' CENTRALLY LOCATED in the Derbyshire Peak District, we are just a 3 hour drive from London, 1.5 hours from Liverpool and 5 hours from Glasgow.

HEN AND STAG GROUPS WELCOME.

The main feature inside is the impressive oak-beamed 'cathedral-ceiling' living room, complete with 400 year old 7-ft high fireplace, rescued from an old monastery. Outside, there are 2 patios, a barbeque area, gardens, 1 acre of paddock plus an outdoor seater hot-tub whirlpool spa.

LOCAL PUBS 3 MINUTES WALK - GOOD FOOD AND A WARM WELCOME!

There are 6 bedrooms in the main house and an additional 2 bedrooms plus kitchen diner and bathroom in an adjoining cottage.

The house has full double glazing and underfloor heating throughout. Please note that for the comfort of all our guests with allergies, we cannot accept pets, and that we operate a no smoking policy inside the house - although you are welcome to smoke outside in the extensive gardens.

Hembury Court Hen Party Location is situated on an organic farm in East Devon, on the edge of the Blackdown Hills, five miles from the M5 and one mile from the famous thatched village of Broadhembury. Set in a tranquil location it is an ideal place to get away from it all, yet not far from the coast, Dartmoor and Exmoor.
