Gleneagles Golf Resort has 3 championship courses. Both the Kings and the Queens were designed by James Braid and provide a challenge for the golfer in some of the most stunning scenery in Perthshire.

The PGA Centenary course was designed by Jack Nicklaus and is a modern classic which is the venue for the Ryder Cup in 2014. It is also the venue for the annual Johnny Walker Championship (formerly the Diageo)which is now part of the European Tour. There is also a driving range and golf academy where lessons can be obtained. In addition there are many more excellent courses within an hours drive including St Andrews, Kingsbarns, Carnoustie and Rosemount Blairgowrie.

Carswell Golf and Country Club provides an enjoyable and challenging 6183 yard (Par 72) eighteen holes for both the low handicap and less experienced golfer alike. The design layout conveniently allows a nine or eighteen hole game, the start and finish of each loop being close to the clubhouse.

Frilford Heath Golf Club is one of a select number of courses in the country to boast 54 holes of championship golf, providing an excellent mix of traditional and modern design. The courses are designed in classic golfing country with two of the three courses offering a heathland characteristic, and the third course, opened in 1994, has a ‘links' appearance in many parts and is an excellent test of golf. The sandy subsoil ensures the courses are rarely affected by heavy rainfall, a great incentive for corporate golf days and other visitors to the club. The delightful old clubhouse, which has been refurbished throughout, provides excellent facilities, a friendly welcome and a first class restaurant.
