Primrose is a well appointed self catering cottage ideally located within the Yorkshire Dales village of Clapham. A 2 bedroom dog friendly cosy cottage close to most amenities. With walks from the front door. Woodburning Stove. Stunning scenery. The cottage sleeps 4, ideal for weekend breaks. Good golf courses, fly fishing, cycling and pony trekking. Small hen parties most welcome. We can accommodate groups of up to 10 people in our two cottages. July is an amazing month here with lots of interesting functions taking place in the nearby market towns and villages. Some late availability dates available in August -call for details.

PRIMROSE COTTAGE - Clapham,Ingleton,North Yorkshire Dales,

Primrose Cottage is a stone faced barn conversion nestling on the edge of the picture card village of Clapham within the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This cosy well appointed cottage offers a well equipped Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, separate freezer and dishwasher. The comfortable lounge and dining area contains a multi channel colour television and log burning stove. There are two bedrooms one double and one twin. When required a cot and high chair can be arranged. Tiled bathroom with shower.July is a wonderful month here with many intersting functions taking place in the nearby market towns. Dates still available!!

  • Outside can be found a landscaped patio area with table and chairs.
  • A gas barbecue is also provided.
  • Well behaved pets are welcome by arrangement.

Country walks commence straight from the doorstep either a gentle stroll through the woods and nature trail, or a more challenging route to the three peaks. The village offers a small number of café’s, the  village shop and local pub. Numerous other restaurants and pubs can be found only 10 minutes away by car, including take a way’s.

The area also provides good golf courses, fly fishing, cycling and pony trekking. The English Lake District is only 20 miles away offering its own charm and amenities. Equally a similar distance away can be found interesting coastal towns and villages. In fact there is so much to do and see in this wonderful location that your stay with us has all the ingredients of being the best holiday ever.
