A Welsh country cottage for couples. Located in the small hamlet of Welsh Newton Common, The Mill is a ground floor apartment with rural views across to the Malvern Hills, Wye Valley and the Royal Forest of Dean. The cottage is ideal for a romantic break and has one double bedroom with an en suite shower room. The open-plan living area includes a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable sitting area. A small patio area supplied with outdoor table and chairs makes a great place for al fresco dining or simply taking the countryside views. There is off-road parking for 2 cars. Located just four miles from the historic old county town of Monmouth and close to lovely Ross-on-Wye there’s plenty to see and do nearby. Walkers and wildlife watches will also enjoy a trip into the Brecon Beacons National Park. The Mill is in a lovely location for visiting the delightful English and Welsh borders.

This rural cottage has heating from storage heaters throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment. TV, DVD, books/DVDs. Broadband available. All power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Small patio area with table and chairs and gas barbecue. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 minutes' walk, pub 2 miles. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
