The Wainhouse - Ledbury and Bromyard,

SELF-CATERING HOLIDAY OF THE YEAR 2009. ENJOY ENGLAND AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE. English Tourism's highest accolade. Close to the ancient and picturesque town of Ledbury, this is the ideal spot from which to explore the Three Choirs Counties of Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire. It lies beneath the Malvern Hills, in a tranquil, rural area but is only a few minutes from the motorway network and railway system.

The Wainhouse provides secluded accommodation for a couple. Ground floor accommodation has been created from a building which once provided for the storage of wagons. The rooms are individually designed with antiques, pictures and prints and are extremely well-equipped.

Perfect for a romantic break, the bedroom has a super-kingsize bed hung with silk-lined drapes and the woodburner in the sitting room provides a cosy focal point in winter.Three beautiful arches, now windows, open onto a private stone-flagged terrace with vine-covered pergola and pots planterd with herbs and flowers. The front door is framed by white wisteria and honeysuckle.
