There is a gas hob for cooking, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, colour TV with Freeview, DVD player. Fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Ample off road parking. Small balcony and patio with furniture and chiminea. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Please Note: No children. Please Note: Accessed via external staircase. Scotland's Argyll and Bute is known to be a scenic part of Scotland.  The coastline bends in and out making the coast interesting and distinctive.  A boat trip is recommended for fully appreciating the Argyll and Bute seaside.  There are also a number of islands here to discover and explore including Mull, Bute, Jura and Islay.

Taynuilt, 12 miles from Oban and in the heart of the Western Highlands of Scotland, is a small village on the southern shores of Loch Etive. This thriving village is a great base for a holiday - climbers will enjoy tackling Ben Cruachan, whose peaks dominate the western skyline, while walkers will love wandering the spectacular countryside, and those who enjoy the water may wish to take advantage of the sea fishing, sailing and canoeing. The village itself has a shop, pub, butchers, grocers and even a toy shop and golf course!
