It is 600ft (190 metres) above sea level and the views are magnificent. The accommodation comprises a lovely, large living room with beamed ceiling and a limestone fireplace. There is a downstairs WC and small kitchen - with beautiful views of the countryside. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms. The smaller bedroom has a standard single bed, with an extra pull-out bed for a child. Hollyhocks is a two bedroom, ground floor apartment in a large country house set in 25 acres located in The South Hams and close to Dartmoor, Salcombe and Dartmouth in the Colmer Estate in Devon. Free use of swimming pools, tennis court, fishing lake, fitness suite, croquet and boules. The outdoor pool is heated from Mid May to Mid September, the Indoor pool is heated all the year round. The fitness suite is equipped with rowing machine, walking and cycling machines. A sit up frame and a bench press with weights. The cottage is completely open-plan with a spiral staircase (not safe for toddlers) to the twin bedroom.
