Set overlooking the Chater valley with views of classic rolling English Countryside in a charming and secure setting with large garden and patio area. Ideal for those seeking a quiet rural retreat. It is close to the historic market towns of Oakham., Uppingham and Stamford and very close to Rutland water which provides excellent water sports and angling as well as a first class nature reserve. Endless opportunities for walking and many fantastic local pubs.
The property consists of two double rooms (one ensuite and two twinbedded rooms. Two sitting rooms with log fires and one having access to a southwest facing patio and garden area. Large farmhouse kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, fridge and laundry facilities. Oil fired central heating for winter months.

Beautiful quiet countryside. Owners have a working farm and chickens, ducks, sheep and calves may be on site according to season.
