Bluebell's Barn (sleeps 2 to 6) is a luxury two-bedroom, newly converted, stone barn named after 'Bluebell', the Shire horse, who used to live here. Because it is so new we have plenty of availability including for August Bank Holiday. Grab a last-minute break now.

Bluebell's Barn is of the highest quality. You will love the cosy underfloor heating, remote controlled feature fireplace, exposed oak beams and solid oak floors. It has an Italian kitchen with granite worktop, a travertine stone tiled bathroom and en-suite wet room. Spring
Hall Cottage is a charming 200 years old Grade II listed
thatched cottage that sits on the North Essex/South Suffolk
borders in Constable Country. Recently
refurbished to a very high standard with a new kitchen
and bathroom complementing the wealth of exposed beams.
There
are two separate double bedrooms one of which can be made
into two single beds if required, the lounge is 23 feet
long which features the original inglenook fireplace,
the dining room area seats 8 comfortably so you can entertain
your family and friends in style.
The
cottage has an enclosed garden of approximately one third
of an acre laid down to lawns and flowerbeds with views
overlooking farm land, so ideal for children. Well-behaved
pets also welcome.
There is a double cart lodge and patio
area with a gas BBQ provided so Al Fresco dining is a
possibility on warm and sunny days.

Stable (sleeps 3-5). Formerly used for cider-making and
stabling working horses, this thoughtfully converted 200-year
old detached cottage features a wealth of splendid elm
timbering.
Cosy

farm (producing free range eggs) set well back from a
single track no-through country lane. Downstairs: large,

Being just off the A30, it is set in a perfect location
for exploring Cornwall. It's at the top of a valley overlooking
woodland that deer, badgers and a multitude of birds frequent.
Open moorland is just a field away with fantastic views
to both coasts on a clear day. It’s a lovely place to
watch the sun set, and there is a chance that you may
have visits from wild ponies roaming the moor.
Poldue
is in a secluded location, set down a track in an Area
of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Whether you wish to spend
lazy days with a glass of wine on our large patio enjoying
the peace, or fun-filled days off exploring one of the
many delights that Cornwall has to offer – we are ideally
