In the heart of 'Constable Country' this charming Grade 2 listed cottage sits close to the water front in the centre of Manningtree, England's smallest market town. Oyster Cottage has 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) - suitable for up to 4 people. Courtyard garden. Charming, stylish and comfortable.Ideally located to explore both the Essex and Suffolk coasts and Constable's Dedham Vale.

Comfortable bungalow to sleep 4-6 people in 3 bedrooms close to Manningtree in north Essex and Constable Country. Footpaths from the farm location go to the coast, own beach, and to beautiful countryside. Free delivery of farm produce can be arranged. Availability for Christmas and New Year. Colchester Zoo has a Christmas event with Santa, Santa's train and mini panto that is wonderful for children. Local Victorian Evenings and Christmas Fayres in run up to Christmas.

And only 15 minutes from historic Colchester with its castle museum, and Ipswich.

Spring Hall Cottage is a charming 200 year old Grade II listed thatched cottage in the North Essex/South Suffolk borders. Recently refurbished to a very high standard with a new kitchen and bathroom complementing the wealth of exposed beams. There are two separate airconditioned double bedrooms one of which can be made into two single beds if required, the lounge is 23 feet long which features the original inglenook fireplace, the dining room area seats 8 comfortably so you can entertain your family and friends in style. The cottage has an enclosed garden of approximately one third of an acre laid down to lawns and flowerbeds with views overlooking farm land. Well-behaved pets also welcome.
Quaint and charming Grade 2 listed former weavers’ cottage in East Anglia, facing onto Dedham’s historic High Street. Sleeps from 1 to 5 in 2 bedrooms. The cottage is within the heart of the village with shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Dedham is at the very heart of Constable country and is on the border between Essex and Suffolk. On a fine day take a rowing boat trip down the slowly meandering River Stour to the National Trust’s Flatford Mill or walk along the many footpaths that criss-cross this iconic landscape.

The Tallow factory is a beautiful 16th century timber-framed cottage in the heart of Dedham village with a wealth of exposed beams and period features. It was featured in a BBC programme on holiday cottages in England. We still have 'Availability for New Year'
The historic village of Dedham lies on the Essex-Suffolk border surrounded by miles of unspoilt countryside.
Downstairs there is a spacious dining/ living room with a stereo system and working fireplace. Adjoining is a beautiful wooden kitchen fully equipped with all modern appliances including microwave and dishwasher. This leads to another comfortable lounge area with TV & video, opening on to a garden. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms (3 double, 2 twin) to sleep up to 10, and two bathrooms fitted with bath and shower. Laundry facilities are also available. Gourmet breaks can be arranged.
