Fisherground is a lovely traditional hill farm in the Lake District, offering accommodation in two stone cottages and three pine lodges, which share an acre of orchard. The cottages share the laundry, sports hall, games room and adventure playground with the Pine Lodges. The laundry has a washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board, freezer and a payphone.

Cosy stone walled and thatched detached cottage (sleeps 1-3) in the heart of this pretty village on the edge of the Cotswolds. There is a comfortable sitting room with uninterrupted views across the garden and onto open countryside. The cottage is completely open-plan with a spiral staircase (not safe for toddlers) to the twin bedroom. There is an additional double bed-settee although the cottage would be cramped with more than two adult guests. The kitchen is simple with an electric hob, fridge and microwave. The toilet and shower room is downstairs. Electric heating is provided at no additional charge. No smoking is allowed inside this property. There are two pubs serving good food and real ale within walking distance and a village supermarket.

Orchards Apartment (sleeps 4) has a spacious feel with large rooms. Plenty of storage space with enough room for outdoor gear, boots etc. Everything but the twin bedroom is at ground level. Fully carpeted and tastefully decorated. Outside are places to sit and enjoy the tranqil surroundings with pleasing views down the valley to Muncaster Fell. Parking is provided for two cars.
