A cosy cottage sleeping 4 in Cheltenham. Priory Cottage has some of its older walls of original Cotswold stone. There is a small back garden with windows overlooking an apple and pear orchard. The sitting room has views of Cheltenham Racecourse in the distance. One double and one twin bedroom. Shower room. The modern fitted kitchen has the normal facilities including electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Walnut Tree Farm is a 17th Century farmhouse on the outskirts of the pretty Norfolk village of Swanton Abbott near Aylsham. Situated close to the village centre an ideal position to discover the many delights of the county. The capital of the Norfolk Broads, Wroxham is 5 miles away and the North Norfolk Heritage coast and the beaches of Cromer, Sheringham Mundesley are only a short drive away. The holiday Barn comprises a self-contained barn at the end of a small range of farm buildings. The Barn, converted from an old dairy, but now providing comfortable accommodation for up to four people.

In the heart of the Blackdown Hills, tucked away down Devon lanes, lies the tiny hamlet of Madford. A charming cobbled path leads to the front door of Windover Farm Cottage which is over-arched with fragrant honeysuckle and rose. The cottage is warm and inviting decorated and furnished to an excellent standard. In the summer sit and read on the elevated patio, listen to the wildlife or just soak up the outstanding views over the traditional farmland to Dunkeswell Abbey. In the winter-time snuggle up with a glass of wine in front of the log burner set in the Inglenook fireplace or watch the garden birds and woodpeckers on the feeders scattered around the large garden.
Five award winning stone 4 Star cottages on our non-working farm, in a glorious location overlooking dales and rolling countryside in the heart of the White Peak area of the Peak District. Buxton , Matlock, Bakewell, Ashbourne, Leek and Chatsworth House are all about 11 miles away on the edge of the Peak District at different points on the compass, confirming the owners claim to be very much in the heart of the White Peak area of the Peak District. (The White Peak is the area of rolling countryside, dales, streams and rivers limestone villages and dry-stone walls, which give the area so much character). Alton Towers is less than 30 minutes drive awway.
1, Stoodley Barn in Holne, near Ashburton, Devon, is the larger part of an old, granite barn converted about 20 years ago and is full of character and charm. It is 600ft (190 metres) above sea level and the views are magnificent. The accommodation comprises a lovely, large living room with beamed ceiling and a limestone fireplace. There is a downstairs WC and small kitchen - with beautiful views of the countryside. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms. The smaller bedroom has a standard single bed, with an extra pull-out bed for a child. The main bedroom is cosy and comfortable with a normal size double bed, en-suite WC and wash basin; there are panoramic views for 20 miles. The family bathroom and WC is also on this upper floor. Visitors have the benefit of the large southerly facing garden, and there is parking for 2 cars. Pets are very welcome and there is no extra charge or deposit. Up to 3 dogs welcome by arrangement.

Warren Lodges are a group of four carefully designed spacious timber lodges, situated in a sheltered hollow at the end of a farm track and surrounded by farmland, on the edge of the Minsmere marshes. The pine-clad interiors are furnished and fitted to a very high standard, well insulated, double glazed and heated by gas convectors, with a log effect fire in the lounge area.
