Not only will you enjoy waking up to sea views each day, this property is also in an enviable location for anyone arriving with children because the sandy beach is just 200 metres away and the leisure centre with its wave machine and fun features is at the end of the street. Burntisland is the perfect place to stay if you would like to visit Edinburgh (which is within an hour's drive) and Fife for days out alternating with days on the beach or splashing at the leisure pool.

The accommodation is warm and homely and its large feature windows provide wonderful views over the Firth of Forth. Leather sofas and a wood lined ceiling in the lounge create a cosy and comfortable place to chill out in and watch TV or read, if you can keep your eyes from the amazing views!
The second 30ft long lounge and sun room is another place to sit and look out over the water. A dining table can seat the entire group of ten for meals. Fine dining or chatting over a takeaway – it’s your choice in your holiday home. Some people like to cook and if you are one of them, the kitchen is equipped with everything that you might need to keep your family fed and happy on holiday.

Sweet dreams are assured with a combination of comfortable beds and sea air. There are two king-size bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a kids bunk room (children love bunks, especially if they do not have any at home). A cot is available for babies but please bring own baby bedlinen.
The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over and the usual wash basin and WC.

The immediate attraction of this holiday home is the beach, the lesiure pool on the doorstep and the amazing views. It might be difficult to drag children away from the beach and rock pools to explore the banks of the Forth.

Recommended Places to Visit: Lots of day trips possible on either side of the Firth of Forth. The bungalow is just a 45 minute drive away from Edinburgh which has a host of attractions of its own including the castle, theatres, art galleries, shopping and historical monuments. The great thing about staying in a holiday cottage is that you are free to decide your own itinerary depending on the weather. Edinburgh Zoo might be a place to visit if you have children. There are numerous tourist attractions in the area.
