Study the timetable available at Leyburn Station and plan your journey. The full route is 16 miles, which is one of Britain’s longest ‘heritage’ lines. If a vintage bus is more to your liking, a 1960s era single-decker bus takes passengers on a scenic route, including Leyburn, Hawes, Ripon and the Aysgarth Falls beauty spot.
