The property has two large bedrooms (including one king size bedroom which features a seating area and views of Egerton Park) and one twin bedroom.  There is also a comfy sitting room, complete with dining area, along with a fitted kitchen so you can enjoy all the comfort of your home with all the attention and detail of a hotel. 

There is also a great range of attractions and activities which are within walking distance of this retreat. The nearest pub and shop are within a 2 minute walk! Egerton Park is not only made up of gorgeous gardens but is also full of activity facilities for you to enjoy, such as tennis courts, a boating lake and for the kids there is also a children’s play area.

If you do decide to travel further and don't want to drive, there are bus stops and train stations within a short walk of the apartment so you can explore the surrounding parts of East Sussex and beyond with relative ease. Bexhill-on-sea itself hosts the wonderful Festival of the Sea which is full of great food stalls, competitions, music, a funfair and more. There is a wonderful two mile promenade in the area as well as the world famous De La Warr Pavilion, so you really don’t need to go far to find things to see and do. If you do decide to go further afield, Hastings is just over 5 miles away and is full of gorgeous scenery and rich history. What’s more, Royal Tunbridge Wells is within thirty miles of the area and is well worth visiting.
