There are 8 luxurious barns to choose from at Wheatacre Hall Barns, which share access to some excellent leisure facilities on site including a games room with pool table, table tennis, air hockey, table football and a large screen for watching sports and music. Another facility, ideal for families with small children is the soft play barn on site, which has been specially designed for children aged 5 and under.
For relaxation and the chance to unwind, there is a warm bubbly hot tub on site and sessions can be booked if required. For those who like to keep fit there is a gym complete with treadmill, water rower, exercise bike and cardio-fitness equipment. If you prefer more leisurely exercise a number of good walks await you on the farm. For those who like to swim, you can use the pool free of charge at the nearby Waveney River Centre (around 1.5 miles away).
Each barn has its own garden and patio area, complete with garden furniture and BBQ.
There are also large outdoor spaces on site, ideal for families, which include a football area and swings, ideal for keeping the kids entertained.
The barns range in size from a sleeps 2 romantic barn for couples to large luxurious barns to sleep 6 or 7 people. WiFi
internet access is available in each of the barns.
All around the farm is unspoilt countryside and this is a great place to enjoy the great outdoors. Enjoy following the walking trails on the farm, borrow one of our bikes and enjoy a bike ride or do some coarse fishing along the River Waveney or at nearby Aldeby Lakes. Or if you can bring yourself to leave, head out and explore the lovely scenery of the Norfolk Broads, or spend some time at the seaside and visit charming coastal towns such as Lowestoft or Southwold only around 30 minutes' drive away.

A deposit is payable at the time of booking of 25% of your total cottage hire cost. Once the booking has been confirmed and confirmation issued the deposit will form a binding contract between the client and Wheatacre Hall Barns (Owners). Deposits are non-refundable unless the owners are unable to accept the booking. Good Housekeeping Security Deposits are required on Group Bookings.
Full balance is due 8 weeks (56 days) before the day of arrival. If this is not paid the owners have the right to cancel the holiday and the deposit will be lost (No reminders sent).
Payment can be made by Credit Card, cheque or BACS.
