Sleeping up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms, the cottage is the perfect place for a small family or a pair of couples to stay if they are looking to go on a country holiday together.The cottage is full of character and features exposed beams throughout. The open-plan kitchen/dining area is located right next to the comfortable sitting room and provides you with plenty of areas to all sit together and enjoy each other’s company. The wood burner in the sitting room is sure to keep you warm and cosy on chilly evenings while there is a patio area outside the cottage, perfect for relaxing on when the temperatures are higher.
Head to nearby Ingleton if you want a night off from cooking, as the village is full of fantastic country pubs while the town of Kirkby Lonsdale is the better option if you fancy a night at a restaurant. The stunning landscapes of the Yorkshire Dales National Park which is a mecca for outdoor activities are easily accessible close by. Wherever you choose to go and whatever you choose to do, you are sure to love your time in the North Yorkshire countryside. The Lake District National Park is just a short drive away and you can also spend some time at the coast just 20 miles away at Morecambe Bay.
