Within this lovely barn conversion, downstairs there is a large lounge with a TV/DVD player and music system and dining room with seating for 10. The kitchen is well equipped and has dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is a downstairs bedroom that can be either a twin room or a super king double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms that can be twin or double and a bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Outside there is a patio with seating and a BBQ, and ample parking, we have a games room with a table tennis table and a pool table.
Locally we have an open farm in the village, a country park locally and many footpaths and walks.

This part of Herefordshire is good for peaceful cottage holidays in secluded rural areas with farmland and country lanes all around. The historic town of Leominster is just over 9 miles away and lots of interesting towns and villages within a short drive. Hereford for the cathedral is 14 miles drive. Families may wish to note that there is a farm park for children just five minutes away and also a play barn not far.
