A collection of five beautiful cottages surrounding the Georgian Upper Court, situated in the Cotswolds in Kemerton village at the foot of the Bredon Hill. The cottages range in size from a five bedroom property that sleeps 11 to a romantic, cosy, one bedroom cottage that sleeps 2. All the cottages are presented to a high standard with well equipped kitchens, spacious accommodation, nicely decorated rooms and fantastic historic features such as woodburners, antique fireplaces, exposed beams and one cottage has a four poster bed.
Upper court also boasts its own in-house pottery workshop, providing fantastic pottery lessons and great fun, very popular with hen parties and families. There is also an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, games room, croquet lawn, boating on the lake and a childrens play area. The Coach House is a four star rated cottage boasting five bedrooms sleeping up to 11 guests as well as enough space to seat 24 people. There is a spacious living room with large fireplace and woodburner, a lovely kitchen with double range cooker and three bath/ shower rooms.
The Stables, as the name suggests, is a converted stable block and upstairs hayloft. There is one pretty and comfortable downstairs en-suite double bedroom, cosy sitting room with old stone fireplace, dining space for 6, small kitchen and a second floor family bedroom boasting one double bed and one single. There is also a upstairs wet room bathroom.
The Courtyard Cottage can sleep up to 8 guests in its three bedrooms. It features bow windows, an antique fireplace and spacious accommodation. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin as well as two bathrooms. On the second floor there is a large family room with one double bed and two singles. Lots of exposed beams and great character.
Garden Flat is a romantic cottage for two. Formed from a ground floor wing of the manor house this cottage is set out in an open plan, studio style with large double bed and sitting area. There is also a wetroom and outdoor furniture for dining al fresco. Popular with honeymooners.
Dovecote is a beautiful romantic award winning hideaway with views over the lake. There is an open plan lounge/ kitchen with underfloor heating as well as a first floor double bedroom with an early 19th century four poster bed. The second floor boats a large bathroom area and extra bed.
