By paying any deposit the Hirer accepts all Terms and Conditions. Wakes Hall Lodges arranges short term holiday rentals, the contract for the letting of the accommodation is between Wakes Hall Lodges and the Client. The contract will be entered into and becomes legally binding when Wakes Hall Lodges issues the confirmation form. The contract is at all times subject to all booking conditions. A deposit of one third of the rental fee is payable immediately upon making the booking. The balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
