This 17th Century farm has been thoughtfully renovated to provide five attractive holiday cottages that range in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms, sleeping from 2 to 6 guests (up to 22 in total). 4 of the properties are single-storey and 1, The Granary, has 2 floors. Each of the cottages is unique and offers an idyllic base for exploring the surrounding countryside and attractions of Devon and Somerset.
There are a wide range of activities for guests. On site there is a large and warm indoor swimming pool (33 ft) as well as a sauna, fitness room and two acres of grounds to enjoy, with play areas for children (swings, slide, trampoline, small pool table, table football and table tennis).
If you choose to venture out, the popular town of Bampton is just 3 miles away offering a great range of pubs, restaurants, cafes and local shops. The popular market town of Tiverton is 6 miles away. There are a number of National Trust properties close to Three Gates, as well as the Exmoor National Park. The beautiful countryside in this part of the country is ideal for walking, cycling, horse-riding and wildlife spotting. A 40-minute drive north or south will take you to some wonderful beaches on the Devon coastline and Dartmoor National Park is a similar distance away.

There are several National Trust properties nearby including Knightshayes, Killerton and a La Ronde (Exmouth). Exmoor offers wonderful walking, safaris, horseriding and watersports at Wimbleball Lake. Explore the pretty town of Dulverton or visit historic Dunster and its National Trust Castle. For family days out visit the World of Country Life, The Big Sheep, Powderham Castle, Crealy Great Adventure Park or ride little trains at the Devonshire Railway Centre. Our nearest sandy beaches are Exmouth (to the south) or Minehead (to the north), both approximately 40 minutes away. Further afield are the wonderful North Devon beaches of Croyde, Saunton and Woolacombe and to the South, the fascinating Jurassic Coast (visit Lyme Regis for fossil hunting).
