The accommodation at this 5 bedroom Cornwall holiday house has an upside down layout, to maximise on the superb coastal and countryside views. The huge open plan living area with its cosy seating area, dining area and modern kitchen is just stunning and made even better with its superb sea views and outside deck where you can dine and enjoy a BBQ. There is also a separate utility room.
The stylish comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor and comprise:
• A romantic master bedroom with a king-size bed, freestanding bath and wet room.
• Double bedroom with sink.
• Two twin bedrooms
• Children's living room/Bedroom with sofa and sofa bed, TV and DVD player.
There is a family bathroom with both bath and separate shower.
Outside is a secure garden with lawns where children can safely play. There is also a surfer shower and parking for 5 cars. There is a footpath close to the house that leads right down to the coast, as well as a lovely local pub just a few minutes' walk away.
This is a stunning part of Cornwall with lots to see and do in the local area. Whether you want to surf at Polzeath, take a walk to the lovely pub at Port Gaverne beach (around 30 minutes' walk from the house) or visit the charming fishing village of Port Isaac where Doc Martin is filmed, this part of North Cornwall is a real treat. Slightly further afield is the small fishing port of Padstow with its choice of eateries and shops, as well as Tintagel and the pretty coastal village of Boscastle.
