Dating from before 1200, this incredible and imposing structure is home to the Stone of Eloquence, better known as the Blarney Stone, which was set into the castle in 1446. Taking a trip to the castle with its soaring towers and extensive pretty grounds is something that can easily be done from Cecilstown and makes for an exciting trip.
